We are a boutique brand and we produce a limited amount of quantities, therefore we do not offer refunds. EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ONLY WHEN PURCHASED AT RETAIL PRICE. ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We allow exchanges for a different size or style. All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted. Before finalizing order please review and confirm product size, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed, if your items are returned because of an invalid address we will have to charge you to reship your package. ARTMEETSCHAOS is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Exchanges Allowed When:

-Items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed & undamaged).

-Garments are in their original packaging and tags attached.

-Proof of purchase is included.

Neglecting to return items meeting all criteria described above may result in the exchange being declined and returned to the customer without credit. We will notify via e-mail if your exchange is rejected.

Returns:

-You can return your items via USPS or any other trackable service that delivers to a P.O. Box. Share your tracking information once it is available.

-You’ll need to cover the postage yourself.

-It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach our mailing address, so we advise you to use trackable service. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

-If your item has a manufacturers defect, we will reimburse your delivery cost. The cost of the amount reimbursed can not be greater than the original delivery cost. We encourage you to use a delivery method similar to the one ARTMEETSCHAOS used to deliver your original order.

In order to exchange any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department: info@artmeetschaos.com. The following information is required for all exchanges:

- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Reason for exchange
